Convert your images in 4 simple steps

Click 'Choose Files' or drag and drop your images into the upload area. Supports JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, TIFF, AVIF, SVG, HEIC and more.

Choose the output format from the dropdown. Set quality and other options from the Settings panel.

Hit Convert All to batch-process all files at once. Up to 3 files convert in parallel so large queues finish fast.

Download files individually or grab them all as a ZIP. Everything runs in your browser — no uploads to any server.
Convert JPEG images to BMP (Bitmap) format for use in Windows applications, legacy software, and workflows requiring uncompressed pixel data. BMP is Windows' native raster format, widely accepted in older tools, industrial software, and development environments. All conversion happens in your browser — free, private, and instant.

Find answers to common questions
The main reasons are: (1) a specific software or device only accepts BMP input, (2) you need uncompressed pixel data for image processing code, or (3) you are working with legacy systems that predate common format support. For general use, JPEG or PNG is almost always a better choice than BMP.
No. BMP stores the pixel data losslessly, but it cannot recover detail that JPEG compression already discarded. The BMP file will contain the same pixels as the JPEG, just stored without further compression. For truly lossless quality, start from an original RAW or PNG source.
Significantly larger than the JPEG. A typical 500 KB JPEG becomes 5–15 MB as BMP because BMP stores every pixel without compression. Ensure your target system can handle the larger file size.
Yes. BMP is Windows' own native format and has been supported since Windows 1.0. Every Windows application that handles images supports BMP, making it the safest choice for Windows-specific compatibility requirements.
Yes. Upload multiple JPEG files and convert them all to BMP in one batch. Download individually or as a ZIP archive.
