Choose the output format from the dropdown. Set quality and other options from the Settings panel.

Hit Convert All to batch-process all files at once. Up to 3 files convert in parallel so large queues finish fast.

Download files individually or grab them all as a ZIP. Everything runs in your browser — no uploads to any server.
iPhone and iPad cameras save photos as HEIC — Apple's modern format that is half the size of JPEG. The catch: Windows, Android, and most web platforms cannot open HEIC files natively. Our free HEIC converter lets you convert your iPhone photos to JPEG, PNG, or WebP directly in the browser, with no app to install and nothing uploaded to a server.

Apple switched to HEIC with iOS 11 because it stores photos at roughly half the file size of JPEG with the same or better visual quality. This saves storage on your device and in iCloud. You can switch back to JPEG in Settings > Camera > Formats and choosing 'Most Compatible', though this doubles your storage usage.
Windows 10 and 11 can open HEIC files if you install the free HEIF Image Extensions from the Microsoft Store. However, many apps — including older versions of Photoshop, most online platforms, and Android — still cannot open HEIC natively, so converting remains the most reliable solution.
At JPEG quality 85% or higher, the difference is invisible to the human eye in most photos. If you need zero quality loss, convert to PNG instead — it is lossless. For web sharing, JPEG at 90% quality offers the best balance of compatibility and file size.
Our converter processes the still frame of HEIC Live Photos. The motion part (.MOV component) is a separate video file that is not included in the HEIC file itself, so only the photograph is converted.
Connect your iPhone via USB and choose to transfer photos — Windows will often auto-convert to JPEG during transfer if you have set this in iTunes settings. Alternatively, enable iCloud Photos and access them on the web at icloud.com, then download and convert here.
No. Since all processing happens in your browser, the only limit is your device's available memory. Modern iPhones produce HEIC files between 2–6 MB, which convert instantly. Even large batches of 50–100 photos work fine on most computers.
